What is apple cider vinegar?
Basically; apple cider vinegar is a vinegar made from apples. The process is similar to regular vinegar. The apples are squeezed to apple juice and yeast and bacteria are added to the apple juice to start fermentation. Fermentation is the process called where natural sugars turn to alcohol. After the first fermentation, a second fermentation is applied to turn the alcohol into vinegar. This process we all know from the wine industry; the first fermentation to make wine and a second fermentation to make (red/white wine) vinegar.

The basic recipe:
- 1 tablespoon of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- Big glass of water
- 1 teaspoon dates syrup or organic honey
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Shake the ingredients well and try this detox for a certain amount of time regularly, like any other detox diet.
